  • All my USED parts are washed and sanitised.

  • My store has NO lot limits or averages and NO PayPal fees.
  •  
  • All postage is charged at Royal Mail cost price + £0.50 to cover picking & packaging for all orders.

  • I always pack new and used parts separately.  I do combine part types to make for more efficient packaging.  However if you prefer your parts to be packed in a specific way, such as by colour, please let me know when placing your order, I'm happy to oblige.

  • It's good to talk, so if you have any questions or need help in any way please contact me and I will be happy to help.

  • My stock is listed for sale on another well known Lego marketplace under the same store name, so please do not order the same parts from both my stores at the same time believing I have double the stock, I don’t.

 

  • Almost all my used parts can be described as "Excellent Condition".  They are bright, shiny and almost new looking.  There will be little, if any, play wear other than some light surface scratches.  The occasional piece may have the odd tiny dent, nick, or minor imperfection (some rough edges for instance) but no discolouration.  Any used parts not specifically described by me should be considered to be in this "Excellent Condition".
  • For things like used sets, special parts, minifigures and their accessories I always try to describe their condition as best I can. Please contact me if you require more information about a specific item. 
     
    I am happy to provide photos of any items upon request.  If you have any questions, suggestions, problems or if you are unhappy in any way after the sale please let me know and I will be happy to help.  I would appreciate it when you receive your order and are happy, can you mark your order as "Received" on your Orders page and please leave some feedback - it helps other buyers visiting my store.
