Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 days after receiving payment (occasionally it takes a little longer for big orders or if I'm very busy).
If you are unsure about postage costs please use the "Request a Quote" feature during checkout to receive a quote for the total order cost which you can then accept or decline.
Please bear in mind that the total weight of the package includes the parts AND the packaging. Also the size of some parts may make postage higher than you estimate. But also know that my incredible packing skills could mean that you pay less postage than you might think (I always aim to send orders as Large Letter wherever possible).
I send orders out in a manner that I would like to receive them. I make good use of plastic bags, bubblewrap, large letter boxes, jiffy bags, air packs, cardboard boxes or anything else I can use to protect your parts during transit (while also keeping the packaging weight to a minimum).
For international orders buyers are responsible for any customs/import tax charges. Please do not ask me to mark your order as a "gift" or state a lower value on customs forms. Royal Mail aim to deliver your package in 3-5 working days within Europe
and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world (however delays are common, often due to customs).
